A Los Angeles-based wealth management professional with nearly four decades of experience, Gary Fournier was recently ranked by Barron’s among the top investment advisors in California. In addition to his financial career, Gary Fournier works to give back to the community through his support of several organizations, including the American Red Cross.

In a recent news release, the American Red Cross announced that it is expanding a partnership with Nationwide Insurance in order to enhance its Home Fire Campaign and its Aquatics Centennial Campaign. Nationwide, an insurance and financial services organization, first joined forces with the Red Cross in 2000 and has since contributed nearly $13 million to support Red Cross programs and activities.

Through the newly expanded partnership, Nationwide Insurance will further the mission of its Make Safe Happen program, which aims to reduce home-related injuries among children. For its part, the Red Cross will install smoke alarms in homes across the country and provide funds for youth swimming lessons and other water safety programs. The organization will also serve on the Make Safe Happen Advisory Council to help Nationwide make American homes safer.
